Q. What is your return policy?

A. Most items available through a Bright Green Market website come with a manufacturer's warranty or other guarantee against defect. In the event that your item is defective, please contact our customer service department at Service@BrightGreenMarkets.com
Q. How does the Savings Calculator work?
A. The financial savings and CO2 reductions are estimates using household averages. There are many variables that can affect your actual savings and CO2 reductions, including your local environment and usage patterns. A. The fundraising organization is working with Bright Green Markets to develop and manage their customized website.
Q. Is my personal information safe?
A. Absolutely! Bright Green Markets is a secure website, we do not store any of your credit card information anywhere on our servers after your order is placed.
Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Most Bright Green Market products will be received within 7 – 14 business days, depending on where you are located and where the product you are purchasing is being shipped from.
Q. Can I expedite the shipping?
A. No. Rush delivery requires excessive travel, which increases green house gases and is therefore not consistent with our green standing.
Q. Do you ship to Canada? Hawaii? Alaska?
A. No. Unfortunately Bright Green Market only offers shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Q. Do I need to pay taxes on my purchases?
A. Our office is located in Georgia, so sales tax will be assessed for orders shipped within Georgia. Orders shipped to all other states are currently exempt from sales tax.
